SHIPPING POLICIES
All in-stock items typically are processed and ready to ship within 2 business days, once your order is received, but sometimes can take up to 5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer 2 options for Shipping. USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. First Class is $4 for all original priced items 1 LB or less. Priority Mail option is a flat rate of $8 for all sale items and items 1.1 LB or more.
PRIORITY MAIL
If your in a hurry to receive your new items, you may choose our PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 business days) is your best option. This option is a FLAT RATE of $8 which DOES include insurance. Again most orders are processed and shipped pretty quick, but sometimes we tend to get behind, and this option lets us know you NEED your package quickly and puts a rush on your package before others. iT also comes with insurance. Once your package leaves our store, and get in the hands of The Post Office, we are not responsible. It's rare, but sometimes The Post Office can misplace, or loose your package, or it can accidentally end up at the wrong address, by choosing Priority Mail, your package price can be fully refunded by filing a claim with The Post Office. If do not choose this option, and your package gets lost or stolen, you'll be out your item. Nothing we can do! So this option is ALWAYS a better safe than sorry option!
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL
If you are not in a huge hurry to receive your package, we now offer FIRST CLASS MAIL (3-7 business days) which is $4 for orders 1 LB or less. However, this option does NOT include insurance. Which means if a package shows delivery but you claim you did not receive your package, UEB is NOT liable.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST
You must contact your local USPS for information on where the package is. Insurance will keep you from having a total loss, if your package is lost by USPS or stolen from your home. This is a very uncommon occurrence, but it is best to be prepared! We CLEARLY mark our packages to minimize any wrong deliveries, etc.
Orders $75 or more weighing 1 LB or less is FREE! Shipping is on us:)
