"RETURN POLICY"

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think you've received a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days at UptownEllie@gmail.com so we can get that sorted out for you!

Returns/ Exchanges- Online Purchases

- Once you place an order with us online, its not refundable. 

-If your purchase simply does not work, email us at UptownEllie@gmail.com 

-Returns ONLY EXCEPTED within 14 days of purchase date.

-Non- Sale Items can be returned for store credit only if within 14 days, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for online orders.

-items must be in original condition with tags attached!

-All sales items, flash sale items, or discounted items of ANY are considered a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return if sale is 40% off or more.

-We do not accept returns on jewelry, or intimates (bandeaus, swimwear, bralettes,OR leggings.)

-Shipping is non-refundable.

-Customer is responsible for return shipping, should you need return an item for store credit. 

-We do our best to inspect all items prior to shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Exchanges and refunds on damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

-If the returned is sent back, and not acceptable, customer is invoiced for the returned shipping amount, or may email us a return label. If not paid or label sent within 7 days, the item is then donated on their behalf.
